Trident Seafoods faced a significant challenge: their vast array of digital assets was disorganized, creating bottlenecks for the design team and hindering accessibility for other company members. Recognizing the problem, I spearheaded the solution by implementing Brandfolder, a robust Digital Asset Management system.
Tasked with corralling over 7,000 logos, images, and videos, I meticulously organized, tagged, and labeled each asset, forging a streamlined and intuitive library customized for various departments. My initiative drastically transformed our approach to asset management, enabling a self-serve system that liberated the design team from time-consuming file distribution tasks.
Beyond just organizing, I championed Brandfolder across the company, conducting hands-on training that empowered our colleagues to independently access content. This pivotal move not only skyrocketed the design team’s productivity but also fostered a culture of self-reliance and efficiency throughout Trident Seafoods, showcasing my role as a catalyst for positive organizational change.
